New from Sophie Evans
In her early days of wine making Sophie Evans worked with 2Naturkinder in Germany. Since then, she has been growing her own grapes here in the UK. She works with Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Reichensteiner and Bacchus, producing wines that are always fill of life and vibrancy.
In 2023 Sophie returned to Germany to help out with Harvest. In return she got her hands on some grapes. Blending Domina and Muller Thurgau she created Rotling 2023, a rosé with bright red fruit, moreish acidity and a delightful texture. Perfect for the Spring sunshine!
