The iconic Catalan fizz returns with Roig Boig Ancestral 2024. A very hot vintage has had the paradoxical effect of creating a light and fresh wine as photosynthesis was inhibited by the heat. Clocking in at just 10.5% alcohol, it's everything we crave in a Pet Nat and still represents the ultimate fizz to share with friends in a casual setting.
