Sistema Vinari Re-Stock Alert!

In a rare turn of events, we have received a re-stock on a cuvée from one of natural wine's most sought after names.

Eloi Cedó Perelló is the man behind Sistema Vinari in Majorca. This is the project he set up for himself after previously working with larger Majorcan producer 4kilos. He vinifies in the cellar of Cati Ribot in Santa Margalida and produces some of the most expressive Mediterranean wines we have ever tasted. Everything is made in very small quantities so usually sells out immediately, sometimes before it has even had a chance to reach the shelf.

Fato 2022 is the wine previously known as Chateau Pacquita. Made from a blend of local grape varieties, this transports us straight to the Balearics. Sunkissed fruit, wild herbs and a saline finish. You should really experience it for yourself.
