Winemaking: Organic Viognier, Grenache and Carignan grapes were harvested by hand and underwent direct press. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in fibreglass tanks. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural rosé wine which is dark pink the glass. This is wild and alive with raspberry, strawberry and cherry flavours. This fuller style of rosé that works all year round

Notes on the Winemaker: Remi Poujol has farmed this land in the Languedoc organically for over 20 years now so you know his wines come from very healthy vines. He only used horses in the vineyard so the soil doesn't get too compressed and uses no additions whatsoever in the winery. He sells high quality grapes to some of the most famous winemakers in France but also produces top-notch natural wine for very reasonable prices.
