Winemaking: Organic Carignan grapes were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: A bargain natural wine! Medium to full bodied red with bright acidity. Plum and cherry aromas with an earthy and herbal edge. Best served with food.

Notes on the Winemaker: Laurent Bagnol works 11 hectares of vines 50km fro the sea in the Languedoc. He has built up his domaine from just 1 hectare when he started in 2008. His rustic and expressive wines offer amazing value.
