Winemaking: Organic Chardonnay grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled with no fining, or filtration and just a touch of sulphur.
This Wine: A rare chance to get your hands on a back vintage of Alice & Oliver's De Moor's Bourgogne Chitry. Rich and complex with slightly more weight than Chablis which is Chitry's bordering appellation.
Notes on the Winemaker: Alice and Olivier de Moor produce sublime white wines in the Chablis village of Courgis in Northern Burgundy. They have created a serious reputation for themselves which now means the wines are like gold dust. You can expect precision and finesse.
