Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Grenache and Cinsault grapes were hand harvested and then fermented with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: A light and juicy combination of Grenache and Cinsault grapes. Fruity but with a dry minerality running through. A bargain! Also, nice chilled.

Notes on the Winemaker: Olivier Pichon only started making wine in 2015 and just learnt on the job with help from fellow winemaker Thierry Forestier. He makes beautifully light and juicy wines despite the warm climate of the region.
