Winemaking: Organic Colombard grapes were fermented with indigenous yeast. The wine was bottled before this process was finished in order to trap fizz inside the bottle (ancestral wine making technique - pet nat). No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This wine: Sparkling white Pet Nat at a bargain price. An easy drinking wine that makes a great aperitif.
