Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic grapes were hand harvested and crushed before spending 4 months on the skins in stainless steel tanks. Fermented with indigenous yeast before being bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Aromatic orange wine with a delicate texture. Perfumed with notes of peach and apricot. The 2021 vintage has seen a longer maceration period resulting in a deeper and more complex wine. Best served with a fragrant food dish, 

Notes on the Winemaker: Dante & Helena Lomazzi work with biodynamic practices to produce the best fruit possible. They are situated in the province of Sienna and the vineyards are located around a 16th century farmhouse where they grow indigenous grape varieties.
