Cantillon x Cantina Giardino
Drogone Lambic 2023

A special collaboration Brasserie-Brouwerij Cantillon in Belgium and Cantina Giardino in Italy. Aglianico grapes from Campania were transported to the brewery where they were combined lambic beer. A younger lambic was then added to cause a second fermentation inside the bottle. 

This is a sour beer with red fruit flavours provided from the grapes. Complex flavours of wild and sour raspberry flavours along with some green notes. Very unique.
