Winemaking: Organic Chardonnay grapes were sourced from another grower. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled with no fining, or filtration and just a touch of sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a medium body. This is one of the rarer cuvées from Alice which intends to offer an authentic snapshot of the climate conditions across the Chablis region in general for one specific year. The grapes come from different plots rather than reflecting one particular terroir. The wine supplies an amazing intensity of citrus and minerals with laser-like acidity. Don't miss out!
