Aperitif, slightly more bitter than vermouth. Made with wormwood, dry herbs, gentiana root and orange peel.

Winemaking: The base wine was produced from organic grapes. Fermented with indigenous yeast with no filtration, fining or added sulphur. Infused with herbs and fruit and then fortified with alcohol and sugar.
