Domaine Villet

Gérard and Christine Villet have been running the family winery for nearly 50 years in the famous village of Arbois in the Jura. They worked to achieve organic certification as early as 1988 and now take a hands of approach in the cellar where they produce classic Jura styles alongside more contemporary creations such as skin contact wine and Pet Nat. It was a pleasure to visit the winery in 2025 and taste with Christine whilst learning about the history of the domaine and the winemaking culture of Arbois in general.
