Winemaking: Organic Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes were harvested by hand after spending 2 weeks longer on the vine than usual. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel and kept in the skins for 6 months. No fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: A natural white wine that is only  made in special years when the weather conditions are perfect and allow for extended ripening on the vine. Medium to full body with amazing concentration of ripe citrus and stone fruit flavours. Rich and precise. Best paired with food. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Silvia Tezza is a young winemaker in Veneto who studied agricultural science before becoming a winemaker in the hills of Valleta di Mazzane near Verona. She avoids adding anything in the winemaking process.
