Vegan friendly wine 

Winemaking: Organic Welschriesling, Riesling & Gruner Veltliner grapes were harvested by hand and pressed in whole bunches. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in a mixture of tanks and old oak barrels. Aged on the lees for 8 months. Bottled with no fining, filtration and a tiny amount of added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a rich and ripe fruit character. Clean and precise with aromas of white flowers, honey, melon and citrus. Unbelievable value for the quality. Only 1500 bottles produced.

Notes on the Winemaker: Bott Frigyes cultivates indigenous grape varieties in Slovakia near the Garam river. His cuvées are clean, precise and always show a real purity of fruit.
