Winemaking: Biodynamic Trousseau grapes grown on clay soils were harvested and de-stemmed by hand before a 3 month maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeast inside clay amphora vessels Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Medium bodied red wine from one of the most prestigious names in the Jura. Complex with ripe red and black fruit flavours and soft tannins. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Stéphane Tissot is situated in the famous appellation of Arbois in the heart of the Jura. He produces terroir driven wines, often from single plots to showcase all the expressions of his region. These are some of the most sought after bottles in the world.
