Winemaking: Organic grapes were harvested by hand. Skin contact before fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no filtration or fining and just a small amount of sulphur.

This Wine: A litre of natural wine that sits on the white to orange scale. The effects of the skin contact are subtle touches of texture and a hint of amber-like colour. Aromatic and floral with stone fruit, citrus and delicate herbal notes. A bargain.
