Winemaking: Organic Riesling grapes were hand harvested underwent direct press before fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged in a combination of old barrels and fibreglass tanks. This is a blend of the 2022 and 2023 vintages. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a medium body. Previously this cuvée was an easy going, great value wine for everyday drinking but this iteration is a blend of two different vintages and offers much deeper complexity. Even more bang for your buck. Stong mineral backbone with bright citrus fruit and floral aromatics. 

Notes on the Winemaker:  Sylvain & Clémant took over the reigns of the family winery in 2019. The brothers farm 11 hectares of vines around a few villages in Alsace and have adopted organic farming and a hands off approach in the cellar.
