Fernando Angulo is a natural winemaker in the famous sherry-making town of Sanlucar de Barrameda in the the province of Cadiz. He does things a little differently to the majority of his neighbours in order to produce some of the most unique and special wines we have ever tried. He looks to make oxidative wines but uses nothing artificial to encourage the growth of flor. When it doesn't happen, he produces ancestral method sparkling wines instead. No additions ever.
