Winemaking: Organic Gamay grapes sourced from Beaujolais along with Trousseau and Enfariné from Jura were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast with semi-carbonic maceration techniques. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Negoce wine from the Ganevats which beings together grapes from different regions including the very rare Jura variety Enfariné. Dark cherries, dried herbs and a subtle smokey note. Light and silky texture.
