Winemaking: Organic Chardonnay & Gamay grapes were purchased from a friend. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Still wine despite the crown cap, made from a blend of red and white grapes. Light in body but with deep flavours of bright reds fruits. Fresh acidity, great slightly chilled.

Notes on the Winemaker: Caroline Ledédenté settled in the Bugey region after working as a sommelier in Paris and studying winemaking in the Jura. She makes wine in very small quantities but they all showcase such great character and a real purity of fruit.
