Winemaking: Organic Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged for 8 months in old oak barrels.

Notes on the Winemaker: Arthur Peltier and Achille Ravineau are young winemakers situated close to Cheverny in Touraine. This is a natural wine hot spot in the Loire that was put on the map by the likes of Thierry Puzelat / Clos du Tue-Boeuf and Hervé Villemade, both of which provided training and guidance to Arthur and Achille. Now they are making affordable, expressive wines with a focus on local grape varieties including the rare Menu Pineau. One to watch!
