Laurent Saillard

Laurent Saillard worked in the restaurant world before he found his calling in natural wine. He has created quite a buzz for himself in the eastern part of the Loire valley (Loir-et-Cher) where he works with native grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pineau d'Aunis and Grolleau.
