Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic grapes were harvested by hand. Each variety was fermented individually with indigenous yeast in stainless steel and aged for 12 months before blending. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural wine made from a blend of red and white grapes, some grown near the village of Felanitx whilst the rest came from Santa Margalida. Like all of Eloi's wines, the character is unmistakably Balearic with salty citrus fruit and crunchy red berries. A beautiful light bodied cuvée made in tiny quantities.

Notes on the Winemaker: We first became aware of Eloi around 2016 whilst he was working as a winemaker for 4Kilos in Mallorca. Despite the warm climate of the island, he was producing delicate but complex wines that brimmed with Balearic character. Later he moved into the cellar of Cati Ribot to focus on his own cuvées under the Sistema Vinari name. These wines offer even more personality and always find the perfect balance of wildness and precision.
