Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Muscat grapes were hand harvested and crushed before a 2 week maceration period. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in concrete tanks. The wine was then aged in old, neutral oak for 2 years before being bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural skin contact wine with a clean and precise character. Aromatic as you would expect from Moscato with peach, apricot, citrus and spice. Lots of finesse.

Notes on the Winemaker: Ezio Cerruti is a natural winemaker in the Langhe region of North West Italy who primarily focusses on working with the Moscato grape. He produces sparkling, sweet, dry, white and skin contact expressions that always showcase the more restrained and classy side of this famous grape variety.
