Winemaking: Organic Carignan grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast in concrete tanks in whole bunches. Aged for 9 months and bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural red wine with a medium to full body. This is a food friendly wine with dark fruit aromas and subtle earthy notes. Another bargain from Vincent!

Notes on the Winemaker: Yves & Vincent Moulin farm 8 hectares of land (not just wine) in the Languedoc where they use horses for ploughing the land that underwent organic conversion 15 years ago. They make honest wines without any additions.
