Winemaking: Organic Cabernet Franc & Grolleau grapes were hand harvested and vinified separately. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in concrete tanks. Aged for 8 months. Bottled with no filtration or fining. Small touch of sulphur.

This Wine: Natural red wine with a light a fruity character. More elegant than a Glou Glou style but the focus is still fresh red fruit and aromatic, floral notes. 8000 bottles produced.

Notes on the Winemaker: Warren & Mäité Perrocheau are a young couple who started their natural winemaking project Les Errances back in 2018 after training with some of the big names in the area. They pay particular focus to sustainable and holistic farming practices to bring maximum health to their vines whilst taking a slow and steady approach in the cellar.
