Winemaking: Organic Moscatel and Xarel Lo grapes were harvested by hand. The Muscat grapes were macerated whilst the Xarel Lo were pressed directly. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural skin contact wine with a beautiful balance of tropical fruit and mineral characteristics. Everything we love about Muscat is rounded off wonderfully by the addition of the fresh Xarel Lo. An elegant and refined cuvée that is dedicated to local winemaking trailblazer, Nuria Renom. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Lucy Chilvers grew up in Cambridge before working in the natural wine scene in London and Brighton. She was inspired to go further and become a winemaker herself which eventually led her the Penedès region of Catalonia where she now farms 4.5 hectares of old vines. Grape varieties are primarily indigenous and her vineyards are treated with biodynamic techniques. No additions in the cellar.
