This Wine: A vibrant blend of red and white varieties that come together to create a beautiful hazy, pink colour in the glass. Electric, candied fruit (peach, grapefruit, raspberries) and refreshing minerals. A unique wine that we will keep coming back to whilst the sun is out. The wine is dedicated to the Brutler family's favourite pet chicken.
Notes on the Winemaker: Edgar Brutler produces natural wine in the Cristana region of Transylvania, Romania. He works with both international and indigenous grape varieties in his old cellar and honours the traditions of his family that have made wine in this part of Europe since they immigrated from Germany in the mid19th Century.
