Winemaking: Organic grapes Syrah and Grenache grapes were harvested by hand. 50% underwent a short maceration whilst the other 50% were pressed directly. Fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: Natural red wine with a light body and fresh acidity. Dark fruits are complimented by a peppery and herbal notes. It's a high brow glou glou wine basically. Amazing value!

Notes on the Winemaker: Andrea Calek moved from his home in the Czech republic the start making natural wine in the Ardèche where he learnt from the likes of Le Mazel. He is now producing wines of depth and elegance at a great price.
