Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Syrah and Grenache Gris grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur.

This Wine: A natural rosé made with red and white juice. We have been huge fans of this cuvée for a few years now and it won the vote at a previous Highbury Library Wine Club. Wild and alive in the glass with candied red apple and cherry flavours which leave your palate tingling for more. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Thierry Diaz farms 4 hectares of vines on the dramatic slopes of Banyuls, right on the border between France and Catalunya. The sea brings a cooling influence to these sun drenched vineyards where he grows indigenous grape varieties. He works out of the Neuf Cave winery and produces wild and energetic wines that serve as artistic impressions of this Mediterranean terroir.
