Offbeat Wines is the project of Daniel and Nicola Ham who were marine biologists before embarking on a natural wine adventure in what may have seemed the most unlikely of regions, Wiltshire! They purchase organic fruit from different plots around the country and now have the reputation as one of, if not the the best winemaking team in the UK. They work out of Domain Hugo where they also assist with production. It's been exciting to see the various wines develop over the years and it's still only just the beginning.
