Winemaking: Organic Muscat grapes were harvested by hand before a period of skin maceration. Fermented with indigenous yeast in fibreglass tanks. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Skin contact Muscat is always a hit with us. This is slightly more delicate than most with a distinct note of jasmine alongside the white peach and apricot fruit that you might expect. Great by itself or alongside a very light, fragrant dish. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Sebastien Agelet previously sold his family's grapes to the local co-op until 2012 when he decided to take matters into his own hands. He is situated in the Hautes Corbières region of Roussillon where it is hot and dry but strong winds from the Pyrenees help retain freshness and acidity in the grapes. His wines are precise but full of life and energy.
