Pequeños Y Salvajes
Vicky Sanchez & Nahuel Ibarra worked as sommeliers in San Sebastien before heading to Sierra de Gredos where with some help from local winemaker Fabio Bartolomei (Vinos Ambiz), they began to make their own natural wine under the name Pequeños Y Salvajes (Small & Wild). They now farm 6 hectares of land and use exciting techniques such as skin contact, amphora fermentation and under flor ageing.
