Winemaking: Organic Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Mâconnais were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast with semi-carbonic maceration techniques. Aged in old barrels for 18 months Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Negoce red wine made with grapes from the south of Burgundy. Fresh and vibrant with notes of rapsberries, cherries and flowers. Lively acidity and light in alcohol.
