Pivnica Čajkov

Marek Uhnák studied winemaking in the Czech Republic before heading back to his home village of Čajkov in Slovakia to begin making his own wine. His vines are situated in the Caldera hills within the Nitra region which is made up of volcanic soils from the Sitno volcano. He produces wines with organic fruit and no or minimal sulphur additions.
