Jean-Pierre Rietsch
Jean-Pierre Rietsch is a natural winemaker in the village of Mittelbergheim, Alsace. His estate has been in the family for seven generations but wasn't used for vine cultivation until the 1970s. He is known to create wines with finesse and precision but still full of life and energy. We particularly love his skin-contact cuvées which is now becoming more and more popular in Alsace. We visited him in 2022 to taste old and new vintages surrounded by his vines. A dream!
