Winemaking: Organic Moscatel and Pedro Ximenez grapes were harvested by hand in 2021 and fermented with indigenous yeast. This base wine was then re-fermented with Tempranillo and Vigiriega juice from 2022. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Car Disco! Samuel and his friends received a police fine for having a party in their car and decided to make a wine to commemorate this special moment. This is such a unique bottle with so much going on. Raisin and sultana flavours come from the Pedro Ximenez, floral and tropical notes from the Moscatel and fresh red fruit from the Tempranillo. It's crazy but it really works! Serve it cold but not in a car. (It's a still wine despite the crown cap)

Notes on the Winemaker: Samuel Párraga produces wines that are a true reflection of Andalusia's climate and viticultural history. He works with native grape varieties to create dry, sweet and oxidative styles without ever adding sulphur.
