Winemaking: Organic Riesling, Gewurtztraminer and Pinot Noir grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The wine was bottled before fermentation was complete in order to trap fizz inside (ancestral winemaking - pet nat).  No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine: One of Maxime's new Pet Nats from the first year he has made this style of sparkling wine. This is natural sparkling wine which displays a hazy pink colour in the glass. Amazing mineral aromas on the nose with crunchy and candied red fruit on the palate. Very pure and refreshing.  Excellent value.

Notes on the Winemaker: Maxime Woerly is situated on the Eastern slopes of the Voges mountains near the famous winemaking town of Dambach-La-Ville. His ancestors have worked this land since 1557 and in 2010 Maxime decided to move into organics and biodynamics.
