Winemaking: Biodynamic grapes were harvested by hand before fermentation with indigenous yeast. Aged in old oak barrels. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. Zero dosage. 

This Wine: A natural Champagne made from Pinot Noir (blanc de noir) which shows a hint of plum and strawberry fruit followed by an amazing mineral finish. Precise and pure. Very special Champagne.

Notes on the Winemaker: Bénédicte Leroy and her partner took over her father's vineyards in 2010 and make exquisite biodynamic Champagne from different plots with different grape varieties. The farm embodies an ecosystem complete with fauna and flora.
