Winemaking: Organic Chardonnay grapes from marl soils were hand harvested and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged for 4 tears on the lees. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine made in the topped up, ouille style (not oxidative). A complex and mineral expression of Chardonnay with extended lees ageing.
