Winemaking: Organic Gruner Veltliner and Muller Thurgau grapes from chalky soils were harvested by hand. Direct press and fermentation with wild yeast in large old oak barrels. Unfiltered and just a tiny amount of sulphur added on bottling.

This Wine: Natural white wine with a touch of skin contact influence. Fresh and sprtizy on opening with a rush of minerals, apricot, lemon and lime. Pleasantly textured with a smokey finish.
