Winemaking: Organic Gamay grapes sourced from Beaujolais along with old Jura varieties from the Ganevat estate were hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast with semi-carbonic maceration techniques. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Light red wine with notes of fresh red berries, dried herbs and delicate spice. Fresh and energetic but still with complexity.
