Winemaking: Organic Pinot grapes were hand harvested and fermented in old oak barrels with indigenous yeast.  Bottled with no fining or filtration and just a touch of sulphur.

Notes on the Winemaker: Etienne Thebaud has been making natural wine in the small village of Cramans since 2007. He works with old vines of native grape varieties to produce some of the most in demand wines from this famous part of France.
