Vegan friendly wine

Winemaking: Organic Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris grapes were sourced from a neighbour in Alsace. Long, slow press before fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Bottled with no fining or filtration and just a touch of sulphur. 

This Wine: A new cuvée from Yann where he is acquiring fruit from nearby organic growers in Alsace. This is a light a juicy red made with fresh flavours of red cherry and cranberry. Easy drinking and works slightly chilled. 

Notes on the Winemaker: The Durrmann family make wine in the village of Andlau on the slopes of Vosges mountains in Alsace. The vineyards have been organic since 1998 and sulphur free cuvees have been produced since 2007 after Yann (the son) took over running the winery.
