This Wine: Potentially one of the best value natural wines you will drink this year. A few years in cellar too. It really is a steal. Light in body with nice complexity of spice and herbs.
Notes on the Winemaker: Thierry Forestier and his wife Marie-Noëlle are located in the village of Souvignargues not too far from Nimes in the Languedoc. They have been making wine since 2004 and focus on amazing value reds that are light and fresh despite the warm climate down here. The inspiration for this style was after meeting Eric Pfifferling of Domaine L'Anglore.
