Winemaking: Organic Chardonnay grapes from grey marl soils were hand harvested and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged for 3 years on the lees. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.
This Wine: Natural white wine made in the topped up, ouille style (not oxidative). Green apple and electric, citrus flavours combine with complex minerals in another stunning wine from the Ganevats.
