Winemaking: Organic Chardonnay grapes from marl soils were hand harvested and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged for 30 months on the lees. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

This Wine: Natural white wine made in the topped up, ouille style (not oxidative). A complex and mineral expression of Chardonnay made from old vines planted on limestone, chalk and marl soils. Deep and complex with new layers that unravel with time in the glass.
