Winemaking: Organic Dolcetto and Croatina grapes were fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled with no fining or filtration and just a small amount of sulphur.

This Wine: Amazing value, easy drinking red from the unbeatable Valli Unite. Fruit forward with some juicy elements alongside a subtle meaty and earthy notes. Medium bodied with soft tannin. Great with or without food.

Notes on the Winemaker: Valli Unite has been an organic co-operative in Piedmont since 1981. The winery is powered with solar energy and the team take a holistic approach to farming and winemaking. In our opinion, they produce the best value natural wines out there.
