Winemaking: Biodynamic Gros Manseng and Ugni Blanc grapes were harvested by hand and pressed in whole bunches. Fermented with indigenous yeast. Aged in amphora vessels. Lightly filtered. No fining or added sulphur. 

This Wine: A natural white wine with precision and power but the acidity to match. Pineapple, lemon  and minerals. Full bodied and complex so best served with food. A real bargain. 

Notes on the Winemaker: Laurent & Nathalie Marre farm 6 hectares of Malbec and Merlot vines in the Cahors region of South West France. Laurent previously worked as a sommelier in Paris before embarking on this winemaking adventure.
